You asked for criticism and here it is;

The nose is bent in an unnatural position to the right, doesn't look right and the shading is off in that area. His eyes look flat and emotionless. I'll admit I like the mouth but the crease to the right of it would be better balanced with something smaller on the opposite side. The jaw is wobbly and could do with some more work and as for the ears...they're just way off. The forehead is well shaded and the hair comes off it well, good job on that.

Looking at the neck...men have Adam's apples in their necks and he doesn't seem to have one...the shading looks quite unnatural around the neck too. Usually some form of shadow comes off clothes, no matter how badly drawn the clothes are.
